A focused 5-10 day campaign to unblock characterization.

Execution Plan

Measurement matrix (bias, frequency, power, temperature), pass/fail criteria tied to specs, and a calibration/de-embedding plan with defined reference planes.

Lab Enablement

Instrument control scripts, structured logging (.s2p/.mdif/CSV), plot templates, and repeatability checks for fixtures and probe planes.

Characterization Report

Small-signal metrics, large-signal performance (P1dB, IP3, PAE, harmonics), noise parameters where applicable, and recommendations.

Modeling & Correlation

Measurement-to-model alignment that makes simulations predictive.

I extract parameters, validate compact models, and correlate measured behavior to design assumptions so teams can trust the model across operating conditions.

Model Extraction

Equivalent circuit fitting from S-parameters, noise model correlation, and a validation report with clear plots.

Design Support

RF/high-speed design review, design-for-test guidance, and targeted simulations to explain measurement results.
